The UniAgent DAO is designed to be fully decentralized, giving power to users who actively contribute to the ecosystem. By minimizing centralized governance functions, we promote a self-sustaining, transparent, and innovative platform. Key roles and functions of the DAO include:

- Proposal Submission and Voting: Community members can propose system changes, technological updates, and feature introductions. Voting is conducted through the veUAC token, which reflects the holder's level of commitment and engagement within the platform. Members can either vote directly or delegate their votes to trusted representatives.

- Democratic Decision-Making: Decisions are made by token holders based on their veUAC holdings and lock duration. This ensures a proportional and equitable decision-making process, rewarding long-term commitment.

- Platform Autonomy: The DAO operates independently, reflecting the interests of the broader community. It ensures transparent, fair compensation for ecosystem contributions and prioritizes both short-term needs and long-term strategic goals.
