🐸Roles and Processes in Governance

Our governance model is built on participation, transparency, and efficient decision-making. Here’s how the process works:

- Proposal Submission: Community members can propose changes to the system, such as adjusting parameters, shifting technological directions, or introducing new features.

- Community Discussion and Voting: Proposals are discussed within the community. Voting is conducted via veUAC tokens, where each member’s voting power depends on the number of veUAC tokens held and their locking duration.

- Proposal Execution: Once a proposal is approved, a time delay ensures that decisions are carefully considered before execution, allowing for transparency and evaluation.

- Emergency Protocols: In urgent situations, such as addressing security vulnerabilities, the community can use a multisig wallet to implement changes swiftly, bypassing the standard governance process to ensure quick resolution.
