UniAgent uses a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) framework, supported by key governance mechanisms:

- DAO Organization: The UniAgent DAO enables contributors to engage in decision-making, creating a participatory governance model that reflects the community’s interests.

- veUAC Token: The veUAC token serves as the governance token for the UniAgent ecosystem. Users can acquire veUAC by locking $UAC tokens. The amount of veUAC held and the duration of the lock determines voting power.

- Multisig Wallet: For emergencies, a multisig wallet is maintained to enable quick adjustments to the on-chain protocol, ensuring that urgent issues are handled promptly.
